Client Services Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a relationship-driven Client Services Coordinator to support our school district partnerships and contribute to expanding our impact across the communities we serve.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll partner closely with Client Services Managers, Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations to support school district staffing needs while developing valuable account management and business development experience.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the growth and success of our school district partnerships. You'll help maintain and expand existing client relationships, identify new opportunities, coordinate provider placements, and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout every stage of the partnership.

This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in K-12 education staffing, special education services, consultative account management, and business development while contributing directly to territory growth and client satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities*
*Client Relationship Management*
* Support Client Services Managers in strengthening existing partnerships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and evolving district priorities.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while reinforcing The Stepping Stones Group's value and commitment to client success.
Business Development Support
* Assist in growing assigned territories by identifying expansion opportunities within existing school district accounts.
* Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate additional job orders and introduce new service offerings.
* Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives across workforce staffing, behavioral and mental health services, professional development, and programmatic solutions.
* Research school districts and identify potential partnership opportunities.
* Assist with proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
Recruitment Partnership
* Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate submissions and successful placements.
* Coordinate interview scheduling and assist recruiters with candidate interview preparation.
* Communicate client expectations, interview feedback, and hiring updates to recruiting partners.
* Help maintain momentum throughout the hiring process by ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
* Collaborate with recruiters to develop creative strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Territory & Account Management
* Support territory growth by monitoring open positions, placement activity, and client hiring trends.
* Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including client interactions, job orders, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
* Assist Client Services Managers with territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management.
* Identify potential risks within client accounts and recommend proactive solutions to strengthen partnerships.
Operational Excellence
* Learn school district onboarding requirements, credentialing expectations, licensing requirements, and compliance processes.
* Support timecard approvals, issue resolution, and ongoing client service needs.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless provider onboarding and placement.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the client lifecycle.
* Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance the client and provider experience.
Success in this role will be measured by:

* Cross-selling and upselling opportunities identified
* CRM accuracy and documentation quality

*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in account management, recruiting, staffing, sales support, hospitality, education, or a related field preferred.
* Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
* Experience in education, school staffing, behavioral health, or consultative sales.
* Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
