Position Summary
: The Clinic RN is responsible for providing Nursing services to patients under the guidance of the Clinic Physicians and Mid-Level Providers.

: The Clinic LPN is responsible for providing Nursing services, within the LPN scope of practice, to patients under the guidance of the Clinic medical providers.

Qualifications

Requires
: Currently Montana RN or LPN License; current BLS or ability to obtain within 2 months of hire. For RN, requires ACLS Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Ability to use and maintain equipment including, but not limited to: telephone, computer, printer, copier/fax. Excellent personal interaction skills. Ability to organize and manage correspondence, and intra and inter-facility communications. Experience with time management appropriate for timely and comprehensive registration of patient demographics, managing an appropriate schedule.

Desire
: Minimum of two years' experience in an acute-care health environment, hospital, or pre-hospital equivalent; experience in a medical clinic with experience that included direct patient care. Experience with eCW. Prefer ability to work in an environment with high census, unpredictable, and unscheduled patient flow.
