Clinical Care Coordinator

To effectively communicate with patients, nurse, and provider. Triage all physician and patients with a clinical understanding. Works in conjunction with outside providers, locations and agencies to ensure coordination of care.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Medical background is preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and physicians
