Clinical Informatics Certified Medical Assistant (St. Ignatius) Tribal Health Department

The successful applicant must have At least 5 years working in a facility with Medical Databases. At least 5 years working with Information Technology in a Medical Facility. Must possess a current Montana State Certified Medial Assistant. Current CPR & First Aid certification. All applicants must be proficient and have a strong working knowledge of electronic health record systems, clinical software, Microsoft Office applications, databases and IT functions. Must possess a valid driver’s license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid driver’s license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $29.97 - $34.45 per hour, plus benefits.
