Prepares, seasons, and cooks food for hospital patients, staff, and visitors. High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical school specializing in quantity cooking. Ability to operate most types of commercial food service equipment, small utensils, and service equipment. One to three years experience in quantity cooking is desirable.
