CRF APRN
- Work Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (8-hour)
- Provides evaluation and treatment to adults and youth in an inpatient behavioral health and substance use setting.
- Works collaboratively with Inpatient Psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer
- Conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations that result in accurate diagnosis.
- Prescribes medications including MAT treatments as indicated.
- Assists with Baker Act and Marchman Act documentation and court process as needed.
- Demonstrates effective coordination to improve treatment outcomes and compliance.
- Coordinates with other providers, including the Primary Care Physician and other medical providers.
- Provides education to patients and families regarding diagnostic and medication related information.
- Works as part of the treatment team for all treatment and discharge planning needs.

Must meet eligibility requirements
- 403b Retirement Plan, with 9% employer contribution for those who meet eligibility requirements.
- Tuition reimbursement, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) loan repayment eligible for qualifying staff.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing required.
- Current Florida licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) required.
- Current national board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) required.
- Minimum one (1) year of post-master's clinical experience in psychiatric assessment and treatment under physician supervision, collaboration, or protocol required, consistent with F.S. 394.455.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mental health and substance use.
- Experience working with both adults and children.
- Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
