o    4 10s or 5 8s

o    Hospital setting
o    Practice Model: Medical Supervision
•    Cases:  
o    Cardiothoracic, EP, general surgery, endo, urology, and NORA
o    USGRA, SAB, LE, work with SRNAs.
•    EMR:  
o     EPIC
•    Board Certification:  
o     BC CRNA
•    Credentialing timeline: 
o    60 to 90 days
o    Temp privileges available with a clean background
•    Requirements: 
o    Active SC license
