CRNA Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Northeastern Wisconsin

A hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Northeastern Wisconsin - Visit Lake Michigan!
The preferred schedule is 4x10s from 8 AM to 6 PM, but 3x12s from either 7 AM to 7 PM or 8 AM to 8 PM are also an option. There is no call required. Case types include General, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, Pediatrics, Vascular, and OB/GYN. The facility uses EPIC, and the position is under a supervision model.
