Oversee the daily operations of one of the most well know and beloved hometown QSR brands around. Maintain the physical appearance and cleanliness of the store and food service area by performing cleaning and general sanitation duties. Control food cost through inventory control and ordering processes. Promote and follow the company's mission and values while ensuring high customer satisfaction and service with a smile. Practice and enforce Fourteen Foods policies and procedures. What you'll need: Progressive experience in the food service industry, QSR or retail environment. A background leading a team creating an uplifting culture, ability to think on your feet and adapt to shifting priorities.
