Overview:
Our dental practice in Philadelphia is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care, cleanings, and patient education. This role offers a four-day work week with a 3-day weekend, every week.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (enjoy a 3-day weekend, every week)
• Competitive pay: $53–55 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal evaluations, and preventive screenings
• Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments
• Capture and process dental radiographs per state guidelines
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols
• Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications:

• Active, current Dental Hygienist licensure in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of clinical hygiene experience
• Radiography certification per Pennsylvania regulations
• Strong communication skills and a talent for patient education
