Job Description:
Dental Office Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator Busy Frederick, Maryland dental practice is looking for an dental office billing and insurance lead with at least 2 years dental office experience who can immediately take over some the critical functions of the front office. The candidate will be responsible for billing, verifying insurance eligibility, managing insurance processing, accounting for payments, take the lead in collection activities and assist in patient check-in and check-out. This person must also possess not just good, but great personal skills because they will have daily contact with patients at the practice. This position can only be filled by someone with at least 2 years front desk experience in medical setting, dental office preferred. Required Skills: Can follow instructions and has passion for attention to details. The most important skill is a great and positive attitude and a good mind, the rest can be taught!! Self starter who actively looks for better ways to accomplish tasks and can set up processes. The candidate must be organized and must be willing and able and take instructions.
