Location: Greater Boston Area (Hybrid: Tue-Thu in office)

About the Role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our 5-person DevOps team driving innovation in the medical technology space. This role will lead efforts to migrate our product from data centers to Azure cloud infrastructure, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
What You'll Do
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows Server environments.
- Administer VMware vCenter/vSphere and Hyper-V virtual infrastructure.
- Provide Linux administration expertise (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines with TeamCity, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Terragrunt.
- Deploy and manage workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Improve monitoring and reliability with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and Checkmk/Nagios.
- Strengthen system security using CrowdStrike, Nessus, SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, and other scanning tools.
- Automate tasks and streamline processes with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of DevOps/Systems Engineering experience.
- Strong skills in Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Hyper-V.
- Hands-on Linux administration.
- Proven track record with CI/CD management (TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Cloud migration experience, ideally with Azure.
- Solid scripting and automation skills.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team.
