Performs services related to preparing and serving food for patients, staff, and visitors using established standards of sanitation, safety, infection control, guest relations, and appropriate to the specific needs of this population, his/her age, disease condition, impairment, and disability. Responsibilities in the area of food service will include, but not limited to, food preparation, service, bussing, cashiering, diet office operations, general cleaning, specific food service equipment operation, and cleaning.
