Job Purpose: Lucid Audio is a leader in the consumer electronics and hearing health industries based in Dallas/Fort Worth. We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us to expand our social media and ecommerce presence. Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also manage the Search Engine Optimization(SEO) and keywords for rankings on the internet.

The employee will work with members of the marketing department, sales, sales support and others to ensure continuity in the company s marketing message. This role adheres to and promotes The Lucid brand by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of Lucid company s goals. Development of brand awareness and online reputation.

  • Designs or have input to design simple one- and two-color collateral projects.
  • Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based on available space and aesthetic design concepts.
  • Prints sample of finished layout and presents sample to the Director of strategies for approval.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

  • Managing our social media pages, which includes scheduling posts, writing social caption, and analyzing post performance. Grow engagement and promotional campaign performance and KPIs. Increase overall reach and audiences
  • Creating email marketing campaigns which include: the design and writing of engaging campaigns that convert sales, as well as organizing email lists, and evaluating performance. Improve segmentation and customer data usage to improve performance.
  • Identifying useful keywords & hashtags to help improve Search Engine Optimization. Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, and other applicable targeted marketing programs preferred.
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Drafting of creative writing in short and long form for blogs, forums, sell sheets, etc.
  • Managing our social media pages: scheduling posts, Social caption writing, analyzing post performance
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Creates and maintains sales support tools including point of purchase displays.
  • Creates and maintains promotional images for the company.
  • Design and produce a variety of content across traditional print and digital media
  • Produce content for websites, brochures, advertising materials and Company templates that meet brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal customers to discuss and determine layout design and content
  • Work with third party suppliers to receive competitive estimates, as needed
  • Completes all tasks within expected deadlines.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Utilize social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Abilities and knowledge of Graphic Design of video/picture editing software such as Adobe Suite
  • Efficient with writing and managing content development and publishing the content.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce error-free communications and other materials are required.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Advanced editing and proofreading skills are essential.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Motion graphics, Photoshop, Illustrator, Mac OSX and PC operating systems.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficiency with both a PC and Mac
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong internal customer service focus
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to take initiative, work with a sense of urgency and set priorities with minimal direct supervision

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • 4-year degree advertising, graphic design, marketing or related discipline required
