Dir Talent and Employee Experience

The Dir of Talent and Employee Experience leads organization-wide programs for recruiting, learning and development, and workforce reporting. The position partners with executive and operational leaders to align talent and employee experience priorities with organizational needs and to monitor program effectiveness. The director provides oversight of key employment life-cycle programs, including attraction and selection, onboarding, learning and development, performance management support, internal mobility, and workforce analytics.

Annual Salary Range: $143,915.20 - $230,256.00

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience setting HR priorities and delivering programs that improved staffing, retention, or operational performance.
  • Strong workforce reporting and analytics skills; able to summarize trends and use data to support staffing and workforce decisions.
  • Experience leading multiple talent functions (e.g., talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, succession/talent review, and/or workforce analytics).
  • Experience leading large change efforts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
