DESCRIPTION

Oversee the coordination and delivery of medical services for individuals in Seguin's CFC program, ensuring care aligns with each person's needs, service plans, and regulatory standards. This includes managing in-house care, external providers, and community health services. Ensure staff, foster, and biological families are trained in appropriate medical care methods, and monitor effectiveness. Select, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff to support professional growth, meet performance goals, and maintain high-quality care in alignment with Seguin's mission.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed R.N. Valid IL. Driver's License. Certificate of Proof of vehicle Insurance. Current CPR card.
