Job Type - Full time

Shift - Days, (M-F, 8-5) & some weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee, participate, and document orientation, training, supervisory visits, and evaluations of all staff

• Delegates activities to staff as appropriate

• Efficiently and effectively respond to staff

• Proactively manage employee performance through effective communication and accountability best practices

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Required

• Minimum of 3 years of director of Nursing Experience Required

• Registered Nurse Active License Required

• ACLS/BLS Required
