Domestic Care Technician
Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Domestic Care Technician to provide exceptional care for our residents at Lake Stockton Long Term Care Facility. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!
About the area: Stockton, Missouri is home to Stockton State Park, which offers a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and swimming. Stockton Lake is located a few minutes from our facility and is a popular destination for boating, water sports, and camping!
About the department: Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility is a 90-bed long term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
A typical day includes: A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents.
- Prepares residents for meals, serves, and collects food trays and nourishment, and document intakes.
- Serves and collects food trays and nourishments.
- Stocks linen in rooms from linen closets.
Job Requirements:
- Education: HS diploma
- Experience: None! This is the perfect job for a high
- Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.
- Licensure/Certification: N/A
- Physical: ability to work at a fast pace with about 90% of the day consists of walking.
The position is Per Requested Need (PRN).
