Alina Community Center at Mount Dora/ Ocala is looking for a new provider to join our team. Candidates must be a double board-certified nurse practitioner in both mental and family practice with the desire to succeed in a busy family practice setting.
Daily Duties Include:
- Work in office setting 4-5 days a week.
- Utilize electronic health records to document visits appropriately, thoroughly and accurately.
- Diagnose, treat, prescribe and refer patients to ensure a high standard of medical care, as well as continuity of care.
- Communicate directly with nursing home staff and practice staff regarding scheduling and billing
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program which has been approved by the American Medical Association. Certification from State Board. Active DEA license. Active RN license. Current BLS Certification.
