BasedinHouston,TXorGrandJunction,CO,this12-monthpositionoffersauniqueopportunitytoleadenvironmentalcomplianceinitiativesforaforward-thinkingorganization.You'llsupportfieldoperationsbytrackingemissions,preparingregulatoryreports,andimplementingenvironmentalmanagementsystems-directlycontributingtosafe,responsibleenergyproduction.Thisroleisperfectforanexperiencedprofessionaleagertomakeanimpact,growtechnically,andworkinacollaborativeenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadtheimplementationofenvironmentalmanagementsystemsatdesignatedfacilitiestoensureadherencetoair,water,andwasteregulations.
• Serveastheprimaryresourceandliaisonforenvironmentalcompliance,providingexpertsupporttofieldoperationsandinternalstakeholders.
• Prepareaccurateemissioncalculationsandroutineenvironmentalreports(e.g.,NSPS,MACT,TitleV)forsubmissiontogovernmentagencies,andrespondtofollow-upinquiries.
• Track,analyze,andtrendemissionsandenvironmentaldata,identifyingopportunitiesforprocessimprovements.
• SupportthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofSPCCPlans,SpillResponsePlans,andFacilityResponsePlans.
• Overseeenvironmentalcontractorsandmanageprojecttimelinestoensurecomplianceactivitiesarecompletedeffectively.
• Partnerwithteamstoensureeachfacilityisinspection-readyandadherestoallenvironmentalpoliciesandpermits.

Must-HaveQualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering,Science,orarelatedfield
• Atleast5yearsofenvironmentalcomplianceexperienceintheoilandgasindustry
• Provenexperiencewithairemissionscalculationsandregulatoryreporting
• Workingknowledgeoffederalandstateenvironmentalregulationsrelevanttooilandgasoperations
• ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficesuite(Outlook,Excel,Word,PowerPoint)
• Stronganalytical,organizational,andcommunicationskills
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment
