Salary Range $95,887.00 to $143,774.00 USD

What You'll Do

As an Environmental Engineer, you'll ensure our operations meet or exceed regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with operations, engineering, and regulatory agencies to manage compliance programs, and drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., air, water, solid waste)
• Prepare and submit environmental reports and permit applications
• Conduct environmental audits and inspections
• Support sustainability initiatives and process improvements
• Maintain environmental records and documentation
• Respond to environmental incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on environmental matters

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or related field or equivalent alternative qualifications
• More than 24 months' experience in environmental compliance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Familiarity with the structure and relations between state, federal, and local regulations and their link to statutes and code.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to manage ambiguity well
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
