As the Executive Director, you’re the community leader and your responsibility is to manage all marketing, business, and financial functions. You’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing a business plan designed to achieve financial goals, maintain occupancy targets, and ensure that all staff members are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
