Position Details:

Schedule – This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule
Part time candidates will also be considered

This position is for an EPDH to work in a hospital setting. Duties include assessing, educating, providing navigational support for follow up dental care to members , and acting as the oral health champion in the hospital.

Serve as the Oral Health Champion in various settings in the hospital setting.

Collaborate with medical providers to provide close integration of oral health and primary care.

Administrative tasks- insurance verification, using computers- dental and medical software/emails/Word/Excel.

Marketing/Education- Educate patients and colleagues on the importance of oral health and educating and recruiting patients to receive dental services

Position Qualifications:

Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
