Position Profile
The Facility Support Technician provides light maintenance support, day porter services, and preventative maintenance functions and assists in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming physical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality facility maintenance support.
- Maintains safe work environment.
- Supports facility operation needs.
- Maintains and enhances professional skills.
- Adheres to high stands or personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum one year of light maintenance, landscaping, and/or day porter experience.
- Must have maintained a valid AZ driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile.
- Demonstrates understanding of general facility maintenance work and safe use of hand and power tools.
- Good communication and human relations skills; ability to meet people with ease and convey compassion and sensitivity. Delivers exceptional customer service.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
