Facilities Process Chemical/Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
We're seeking a Process Chemical/Mechanical Engineer to support complex industrial and manufacturing facility projects in Essex Junction, VT. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on facility infrastructure, process piping, HVAC, and utility systems.
Pay: $50.48- $57.69 per hour DOE
Key Qualifications:
• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• Experience with process piping, HVAC, utilities, or facility systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• AutoCAD and MS Office experience preferred
• Semiconductor or industrial facility experience is a plus
• EIT preferred
What You'll Do:
• Support design of process piping, HVAC, exhaust, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Develop construction documents and engineering calculations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Support field activities, RFIs, and construction phases
