Position Overview

We are seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to join the most comprehensive healthcare organization on the Alabama Gulf Coast. This position is available due to the promotion of the current Program Director to Chair of the Department.

Residency Program Details

Our residency program is university-based and boasts a 100% board pass rate, ensuring graduates are exceptionally prepared for full-scope family medicine care.

The role involves 2-3 half days of clinic, 3 half days of precepting, along with dedicated administrative time.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years academic experience and a true passion for working with underserved patients. While expertise in obstetrics is welcomed, it is not a requirement.

We offer a competitive base salary, administrative stipend, 39 days of paid time off, and additional benefits.
