Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking an
experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our
well-established and collaborative primary care team in Great Falls, MT. This
full-time, hospital-employed position offers a supportive work environment,
flexible scheduling, and a true work/life balance.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through
  Friday clinic with the option for a four-day work week
• Join a team of four
  physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers
• Light 1:10 evening call
  rotation; hospitalist team manages all inpatient care
• Full spectrum of in-house
  specialty and diagnostic service
• Practice in a modern, acute
  care hospital
• 36 inpatient beds
• 10-bed open ICU
• 2 cath lab suites with an
  8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
• 5 ORs and a 4-suite
  outpatient surgery center
• 5 dedicated observation beds
• 8-bed Emergency Department
  staffed by experienced professionals

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Nurse
  Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Montana
• Graduate of an accredited NP
  or PA program
• Minimum of two (2) years’
  experience in primary care or family medicine
• Excellent clinical,
  organizational, and communication skills
• Strong commitment to
  patient-centered care and team collaboration
