First Impressions Coordinator

To effectively communicate with patients, nurses and providers. Works directly with First Impressions Manager, Director of Clinical Services and CMO within day-to-day responsibilities of the First Impressions Team. Leads, guides and directs First Impressions team members in outlying clinic to high quality patient interaction.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years previous management experience required
  • Two or more years experience working in a medical office
  • Prior EHR/EMR experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple projects without direct supervision
  • Efficiency in oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong organizational including independent problem resolution and established priorities.
  • Strong ability to pay attention to details
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Maintain BLS certification
