First Impressions Coordinator
To effectively communicate with patients, nurses and providers. Works directly with First Impressions Manager, Director of Clinical Services and CMO within day-to-day responsibilities of the First Impressions Team. Leads, guides and directs First Impressions team members in outlying clinic to high quality patient interaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years previous management experience required
- Two or more years experience working in a medical office
- Prior EHR/EMR experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects without direct supervision
- Efficiency in oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong organizational including independent problem resolution and established priorities.
- Strong ability to pay attention to details
- Strong leadership skills
- Maintain BLS certification
