THE POSITION
Join our dynamic team as a Foundation Office Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our philanthropic initiatives. In this position you are responsible for donor database management, gift processing, stewardship activities, reporting, coordination of board and event logistics, and other operational activities as needed. The Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting fundraising initiatives, board support, and enhancing donor engagement. Your organizational skills and passion for making a difference will help drive our mission forward. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or related field preferred • 2-5 years of administrative, data management, or nonprofit support experience • Experience with donor databases/CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge) preferred
