Role Overview
As a Software Engineer in DSAE, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our RWE technology stack. You'll work across functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software that powers clinical research innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications from detailed specifications
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs for data manipulation and system integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system errors
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and development best practices
- Guide engineering quality through code reviews, source control, and unit testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems analysis or application programming
- Strong programming skills with experience in modern languages and frameworks
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems
- Madcap Flare documentation software (preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare data, EMR systems, or clinical research technologies is a plus
