We are looking for a Full-time provider to practice in our Santa Rosa, CA office. Location: * Santa Rosa Office:1421 Guerneville Road, Suite 102 Santa Rosa, CA 95403 Office Culture: * Teamwork in the patient's best interest * Quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices in the patients best interest * New patients assigned equally on rotation basis.
