Position Highlights:

This is an opportunity to join a well run practice with a highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need.

• Evening hours: Monday - Thursday 6PM-9:30PM
• Sundays 8AM-12PM
• Generous compensation

Experience Required

2+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required.

Education:

• Completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Current, Unrestricted Arizona state specific DEA license
• Current, or ability to obtain an unrestricted license in the state of Arizona
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Board Certified
