Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner - Locums

A clinic in Nevada is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Assignment

Dates: 3-4 days per week, ongoing

The provider's bill rate and travel costs will determine how frequently they can use them but generally speaking, he's looking to have an APP work a few days each week

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-4:30, outpatient clinic only

Setting: Outpatient

Call: No Call

Volume: Low Volume

Patient Ages: Adult

Procedures: Hematology B&B - ablation therapy, blood transfusions, immunotherapy

Cases: Hematology Only - testing blood, blood proteins, and blood-producing organs

FBC, WBC, RBC, Hemoglobin Testing, Hematocrit & Platelets, Mono Screening, Vitamin B12 Deficing, Renal Profiling, Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, Sickle Cell, Benign Hematology

Support Staff: Physician, RNs, PT, Social Workers all on Staff

EMR/Charting: TBD

Requirements

Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible within 5 years

Certifications: BLS; DEA
