People Care is seeking a Home Health Aide Recruiter for a Licensed Home Care Agency. Duties for Field Recruiter Includes:Recruit Home Health Aides (HHA)Present the agency at career fairs.Access community resources for recruitment of qualified staff or trainees.Interface with local Department of Labor, Training Centers, Job Fairs and all other potential sites for recruiting.Conduct open house recruiting.Assist with pending employment applications; verify certificates (HHA/PCA/CNA) QualificationsBilingual preferred, well presented, energetic and responsible individual for the full time field recruitment position.
