Our Regional Manager provides oversight for clinical operations and programming operations within assigned region(s); ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff, including timely provision of reports; develop leaders within regions provide training, support, and encouragement to supervisors and field staff.  Maintains a flexible work schedule.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar field and Five (5) years’ experience or master’s degree in Social Work or Similar field.
  • Expressed value of the equal importance of both clinical and program aspects.
  • Knowledge of child and adult development and child abuse and neglect signs and symptoms.
  • Leadership and Management experience.
  • Excellent professional and respectful written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer Service experience.


  • Execute job responsibilities consistent with the agency's mission, vision, and beliefs.
  • Responsible for Profit and Losses for the assigned region(s)
  • Provide supervision to regional supervisors within assigned region(s).
  • Conduct regular marketing/public relations meetings with referral sources.
  • Develop leadership among assigned staff.
  • Organize and run monthly staff meetings.
  • Implementation of our hiring and firing process.
  • Orientation of new staff including scheduling of orientation shadows with experienced staff.
  • Attend all Regional Service Council Meetings within assigned region(s).
  • Analyze/Evaluate staff productivity goals, clinical competencies, and quality assurance for trends and needed changes.
  • Ensure Supervisors track and report necessary details on staff performance, including all documentation, risks, missed supervisions, supervision forms, shadowing forms, employee concerns, and coaching steps taken to assist.
  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of Lifeline.
  • Oversee the operations of the regional satellite office.
  • Responsible for regional clinical and programming goals and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with DCS service standards and COA.
