Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is directly responsible and accountable to the Department Manger assisting in the provision of occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program that is accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapy license in good standing or license eligible.
• May be entry level therapist, but experience preferred.
• Driver's license, auto insurance, clean driving record and reliable vehicle required
