Qualifications:Recent and STRONG recruitment experience 3 yrs +Knowledgeable of labor /employment lawsVery Strong organization skills with attention to detailSuperior verbal and written communication skillsHealthcare background /Medical TerminologyAbility to travel throughout surrounding Counties (Treasure Coast and Palm Beach area)Super User Computer Skills ( Excel , Outlook , Adobe) FaxingWorks Independently and takes the initiative.MUST be a self-starter.Demonstrate outstanding time managementSuccessfully pass background screening requirements Responsibilities *Recruit, prescreen and interview appropriate candidates * Onboard applicants * Perform Reference Checks and Verifications *Input Employee File into the database *Orientate newly onboarded staff * Track new recruits hours/shifts * Submit weekly reports to management * Consistently meets or exceeds quotas This is not a remote opportunity- only local candidates will be considered!
