Home Health RN

**Pay Rate- $65/hr- $68/hr**
**Travel reimbursement- $200**
**Contract Completion Bonus- $300**

Description: 
A Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered services. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and monitoring patient progress to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.

Requirements:

• One year of experience as a home health RN- Required
• Experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) - Required
• Active BLS Certification- Required
