Position: Executive Director, RN\n \n \nJob Description:\n \nOur home health company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in Fairhope, Alabama. The ideal candidate should have an active RN license in the state and leadership experience over a home health organization, including profit and loss statement. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for overall leadership, management, and direction of our home health company.\n \nResponsibilities:\n \n- Provide leadership and direction for the organization, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to patients.\n- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.\n- Manage the organization's budget, including revenue, expenses, and profit and loss statement.\n- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.\n- Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.\n- Ensure the organization is in compliance with all state and federal regulations.\n- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge.\n- Represent the organization in the community, developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, patients, and their families.\n \nQualifications:\n \n- Active RN license in the state of Alabama.\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field preferred.\n- At least five years of experience in a leadership role in a home health organization.\n- Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit and loss statement.\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.\n- Knowledge of all state and federal regulations related to home health.\n \nWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
