What is Required?
* LPN or LVN required in the state of practice
* 2 years of experience as LPN preferred
* Possession of working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care benefits, policies and procedures preferred
* Positive attitude
* Dedication to quality patient care
* Strong communication skills
* Reliable transportation to perform job duties
