THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established Hospitalist team of 12 daytime physicians and 3 dedicated nocturnists at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview, Washington. Enjoy a 7-on/7-off schedule with an average of 12-14 patients per rounder with a separate day admitter and swing shift to allow for more dedicated time for patient care. 173 shifts per year and built-in flexibility to the schedule allows for a better work-life balance. Opportunities are available for teaching, quality improvement, and leadership roles for those interested. No APP supervision and no procedures required. Open ICU with 24/7 critical care support.

• First Year Salary: $370,427.20
