Overview

Charlotte Health and Rehab Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced individual to direct the Housekeeping & Laundry Departments for our 90 bed skilled rehab center. We believe the appearance of our center says a lot about the care we provide. We ensure every detail from our shiny floors to the cleanliness of our patient rooms.

Responsibilities

The Housekeeping/Laundry Director ensures that the healthcare center is a safe and organized environment. He or she ensures that the housekeeping and laundry departments are properly staffed and managed efficiently. He or she promotes safety and infection control practices.

Qualifications

Experience and/or Pre-requisites
• Managerial experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in environmental cleaning preferred.
• Experience in floor care.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. He or she must also possess proven leadership skills and be customer driven. If you are experienced, customer focused, and have the ability to lead, coach and manage, we want to hear from you.
