HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
- POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the Human Resources department, delivering front-line operational support and exceptional customer service in a high-volume healthcare environment serving more than 2,600 employees across the Salina Regional Health Center (SRHC) health system.
This position manages a high volume of phone calls, emails, walk-in inquiries, electronic requests, and employee support needs while providing first-level support for Human Resources and Total Rewards services. Working collaboratively with the HR and Payroll teams, the coordinator delivers timely, accurate, and consistent service while supporting efficient HR operations and an exceptional employee experience. Success in this role requires exceptional customer service, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to quickly develop working knowledge of Human Resources, benefits, payroll, HR technology, and applicable employment laws.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a high-volume customer service, administrative, Human Resources, payroll, benefits, healthcare, or related office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Ability to develop and apply a working knowledge of Human Resources operations, Total Rewards programs, HR technology, payroll processes, organizational policies, and applicable employment laws.
