Job Description:
Summary:
The HRIS Analyst will assist the HR Information Systems department in collecting, consolidating and analyzing reports. Additionally, they will review requests for information from across HR and the business to uncover opportunities to identify needs, trends, and drive improvements in data delivery.

The HRIS Analyst will assist the HR Information Systems department in collecting, consolidating and analyzing reports. Additionally, they will review requests for information from across HR and the business to uncover opportunities to identify needs, trends, and drive improvements in data delivery.
While in this role you will get exposure to basic project management skills and several business intelligence tools including IBM Cognos Analytics Reporting tool, UKG HCM, UTM, and Excel.
Essential Functions:
Analyzing Report Requests for Needs, Gaps & Trends
Assist preparing Regular and Ad Hoc Report Requests
Reviewing Security Access
Creating Process Documentation
Recommending Consolation Activities
Setting Up Data Visualization
Required Skills and Competencies:
Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher level understanding of role, processes, and procedures
Self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport
Aptitude and willingness to learn and self-teach new skills.
Confidence to challenge the status quo by looking at solutions in unconventional ways and seeing opportunities to innovate.
Strong sense of business acumen.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of UKG (Ultipro) platforms.
Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency Level:
Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
Education and Experience:
Human Resources or Information Technology Degree required.
2+ years experience working in an HR Dept. with a similar role.
Working Conditions:
Physical Demands– Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature.
Visual/Sensory – This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
Work Environment – Work and environment fast paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.
Mental Stress – There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy or similar demands.
