Inside Sales/Account Manager

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads, understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.


  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities

  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email

  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates

  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

  • Staying informed about competing products and services

  • Upselling products and services

  • Researching and qualifying new leads

  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets


  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ of experience with a proven sales track record

  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging

  • Excellent organizational, time-management and decision-making skills

  • Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel

  • Radiology or radiology sales background highly preferred
