Intensivist Physician with Asante Physician Partners at 2825 E. Barnett Rd, Medford, OR 97504 and 500 SW Ramsey Ave, Grants Pass, OR 97527. Requirements are medical degree or foreign equivalent. Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Critical Care Medicine fellowship. Eligible to obtain or has obtained an Oregon medical license. Duties are diagnose and provide non-surgical treatment of diseases and injuries of internal organ systems to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Departments and at times in collaboration with other units or via telemedicine.
