Shift - Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00 17:00

Contract – 13 weeks

Pay Package - $3100 - $3500 weekly all inclusive.

Job description:

1-2 days of call during the week and every 3rd weekend call coverage.

REQUIRED

• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• State of Nevada license for Radiography.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for healthcare providers certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
• ARRT specialty certification in cardiac interventional and/or vascular interventional radiography required within 18 months of hire.
• Knowledge of coronary and peripheral vascular anatomy and physiology and medical terminology.

PREFERRED

• 1 year of experience in Cardiac Catheterizations or Interventional Radiology.

JOB SUMMARY

• Performs interventional cardiac and vascular radiography procedures for in and outpatients. Assists radiologists and other specialists in performing invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including angiograms, angioplasties and stent placements. Provides procedural-related patient care and education.  Maintains equipment and records/documentation for procedures.
