Title - Interventional Radiologist

Location – Nyack, NY 10960

Shift - Day (5x8 Hours) 7:30 16:00

Contract – 13 Weeks

Pay Package - $3000 - $3500 weekly all inclusive

Specialty - Ultrasound Tech – General

Job description:

• Ultrasound experience preferred; dedicated breast Ultrasound experience preferred.
• Training/Certification:
• Licensure: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers required, (ARDMS - BR) preferred

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrates the required job specific technical/professional knowledge, skills and abilities. *
• Perform exams according to AIUM standards and as per Nyack Hospital protocols; maintain competencies as required for position.
• Maintain a neat, well organized work area; prepare room prior to patient (i.e., test equipment, stock room with needed supplies).  Keep room and work area neat and clean.
• Prepare images to be interpreted by the radiologist.
• Maintain communication with Lead Technologist and Coordinator as needed to facilitate workflow and patient safety. Offers solutions as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
