Inventory Office Manager

We are accepting applications for an office manager for the Heart & Vascular Institute. This position is the primary receptionist for a busy area serving patients in the Cath lab, Non-Invasive, EP lab, Structural Heart clinic and EKG. The position will cordially receive and direct patients and respond to calls appropriately. However, this is a multifaceted position which will include a variety of office management responsibilities to support the operations of the area. We are growing and strategically considering how to most effectively streamline roles and responsibilities. The job will evolve as we identify tasks that may be more appropriately assigned. The applicant will be the "front face" of our department. We will consider those with a pleasant disposition and the ability to navigate difficult situations with diplomacy which fosters a positive patient experience.
