Irrigation Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates and implements all irrigation control and maintenance activities including; repair, replacement, design, modification, purchasing and programming. Additionally, operates all types of grounds care equipment in order to install and maintain hardscapes and landscapes to ensure a safe, functional and beautiful environment for the patients, visitors and staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

• High School or Equivalent

Minimum Work Experience

• 2 years irrigation maintenance

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Texas driver's license

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Knowledge of equipment, tools and procedures of grounds construction and care.
• Knowledge of fertilizers and pesticides used in grounds care.
• Skill in operating grounds maintenance and construction equipment and tools.
